What about the smell of ozone-oxygen?
Most people find the smell of ozone-oxygen to be refreshing, similar to the smell after a rainstorm and the air is fresh and clean. When we super saturate our organic jojoba with this oxygen the smell is very clear because it is undiluted. The ozone smells differently in different oils. The unique thing about our product being made with jojoba, is that jojoba has the mildest ozone smell compared to other oils. This is one reason that dental professionals prefer our products over other ozone products for their patients. The patients are more likely to use Orajuvenate throughout a day (as recommended by their dentist) because the taste and smell is far more palatable.
What if the smell is not pleasant to me?
Here are several suggestions that you may try:
- Use the product as you feel appropriate for 5-10 days and see if you adapt to the smell and it no longer bothers you. Many people report they do this and end up liking the smell.
- Decide if, for you, the benefits of using the ozone products outweigh the smell factor.
- Try blending the ozone product with an essential oil or other skincare product you like and use it that way.
- If using the lightest saturation level contained in the body oil, natural or grapefruit, works for you and, you do not feel you need the benefits of the higher saturation found in the serum or facial cream, continue with that product.
