I have only used it once so far. I thought it was a meal replacement but it didn't seem so. So I will use it now as a drink to get all the vitamins. It didn't say the suggested amount to use so I used 2 tespns.

Don't order this or they'll run out and I won't have enough. . .this rich and wonderful chocolate is heavenly! I warmed up some Rice Milk and stirred in 2 heaping teaspoons. YUM!

I got these Mineral Drops because, though others are derived from the Great Salt Lake in Utah, Brighteon's lab assurances mean a lot. I am well pleased with this "second look" for pure ingredients to add to water for drinking.
