How to make your own organic cashew milk

  • 1 cup of Health Ranger Select Organic Raw Cashews (Whole)
  • 3 Tablespoons organic maple syrup
  • 1 Health Ranger Select Nut-Milk Bag
  • A pinch of Health Ranger Select Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 5 cups filtered water
  1. Soak raw cashews for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) and drain.
  2. Combine soaked organic cashews, filtered water and salt in a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute or until smooth.
  4. Strain milk through the nut-milk bag. Gently squeeze the bag until all liquid goes through.
  5. Add organic maple syrup and mix well.
  6. Store and refrigerate the cashew milk in a covered container. It will last 3 to 4 days. Shake well before consuming.
Servings: Recipe makes about 5 cups of cashew milk.
