the flax flower.When I bought the Flax Seed I thought it would come in the form of grains/ seeds. It was ground powder. I used the powder as flower to make Flax Seeds crackers. The texture is very different from ground brown flax seeds. Golden Flax Seed texture does not taste the same as brown Flax Seeds. Black Flax Seed tastes rich, and it does not require a lot of water to make a doe. Golden Flax Seeds Powder requires very little water for the powder to form a paste. I was not please with the outcome of the crackers, I would not buy this product again.
